The JT Eaton Apple Bait Block Rodenticide (709-AP) features an alluring apple scent that effectively bewitches rodents’ attention in your prepared bait stations. The anticoagulant bait is specifically formulated to eradicate damaging house mice, roof rats and Norway rats. It contains an active ingredient called Diphacinone that is less harmful to non-target animals, yet one hundred percent deceiving and poisonous to rodents. For application, administer the rodenticide in and within 100 feet of man-made architectures that are constructed in a manner so as to be accessible to commensal rodent assault and/or to harboring or attaching rodent infestations. For Rats: Apply 2 to 8 blocks (4 to 16 oz. of bait) per placement. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 10 days.
For Mice: While wearing waterproof gloves break each 2 oz. block into 3 pieces and place 1 or 2 pieces at 8- to 12- foot intervals. Larger placements (up to 3 pieces (2 oz.) may be needed at points of very high mouse activity. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 15 days.
